With relation to the content of any advertisement placed and links contained therein, the Advertiser undertakes the following:

a)

not to promote any activity that violates any law currently in force and not to place any links to websites that, to Advertiser’s knowledge, violate any such law;

b)

without prejudice to the generality of a) above, not to post information and not to link to information that is offensive, indecent, or defamatory, violates copyright or infringes rights of third parties in any other way;

c)

without prejudice to the generality of a) above, not to post advertisements which are misleading, unfair or deceptive;

d)

not to post information or links to websites that provide services which are in competition with services provided by BUYit.com.mt.

2)

All advert material and content is subject to approval by BUYit.com.mt, and bookings are validated only upon BUYit.com.mt approval of the advert content. BUYit.com.mt reserves the right to decline booking requests at its own discretion. BUYit.com.mt reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to discontinue, remove or disable access to the Advertiser’s material during the term of advertisement if it results that the material infringes rights of third parties, whether in copyright, defamation or other, or contains links to services competing with any BUYit.com.mt service.

Payment to be affected upon booking.

No reimbursement shall be affected for cancellations made later than 1 week prior to commencement of booking period.

5)

The advertiser shall hold BUYit.com.mt harmless against complaints, claims, demands or actions by site users relating to the nature of the content in the Advertiser’s advert, and/or the product itself or the service being advertised. If, as result of any such complaint, claim, demand or action, BUYit.com.mt suffers payments of any kind, whether by way of compensation, damages or otherwise, the Advertiser undertakes to reimburse BUYit.com.mt in full.

All adverts and artwork are to reach BUYit.com.mt not later than 3 working days prior to commencement of booked period.

Adverts supplied must conform to the specifications stipulated by BUYit.com.mt.

BUYit.com.mt will do its best to endeavour maintain its systems available on a 24X7 basis however, BUYit.com.mt cannot guarantee an uninterrupted service. The Advertiser hereby agrees to hold BUYit.com.mt harmless for any interruption of service arising from events beyond its control, including lack of service provided by third parties, network difficulties or electronic malfunction.

BUYit.com.mt shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of income or profit suffered by the Advertiser in relation to adverts placed on www.buyit.com.mt.
